STATCON was created and set up by two design engineers more than 15 years ago to meet the Industrial Application of STATIC ENERGY CONVERSION, hence the name STAT-CON (the STATic - CONversion).

     Spread once 14500 Sq. ft. area, at Noida, just 20 km away from Delhi, the manufacturing facilities include Transformer manufacturing, Fitting, Assembly, PCB assembly & Testing. The company has in-house facility for PCB’s environmental testing and burn-in facility for its equipments manufactured. The team of dedicated design/ application engineers and marketing personnel’s are always available at works to meet any of the customer’s requirements.

Alll activities starting from fitting of components in the equipment, PCB assembly, Assembly of Modules, Transformer manufacturing etc. is carried out in various sections. All Transformers and chokes are varnished and vacuum impregnated before being thoroughly tested. Company has sufficient Plant and Machinery to meet the challenges of design & quality.

The company has In-house facilities for all stage testing as well as the environmental testing of the PCB Cards / Modules. For final testing of

products manufactured, company has all necessary test instruments / Facilities and is being continuously monitored. For some products computerised testing facilities are available for accuracy and consistency in performance.

In order to meet world class standards,. strict quality check system is maintained in selection of components. Further Inwards quality control checks are being carried out before using any component. This eliminates chances of any. components batch problem or of component design. Manufacturers test reports are also obtained wherever possible.

The team of dedicated design / application Engineers and marketing personnels is always available at works to meet any of the customer’s requirements. This is also supported by proper planning, materials and production personnels.
